Kirkland, WA – It’s a fact that during the 90’s, Seattle and the Greater Seattle started and participated in what people called Grunge. During this same time with much fervor a little thing called Microbrewing also took off, with eager investors hoping to cash in on the next Budweiser or Coors. While the two might not seem the best of friends you couldn’t associate one without the other when it came to standing at a concert or smoke infested dance floor.

Today the definitions are different in regards to what comprises Rock or a Microbrewery. Those that truly lived during the 1990’s can recall beers and bands that defined who they were. To me Queensryche was one of those bands, and although the grey hairs on my head tell otherwise, I recall many nights listening to “Silent Lucidity” or “Jet City Woman”. Guitarist Michael “Whip” Wilton hasn’t forgotten about it either by producing a beer of his own.

As an added bonus the public will get a chance to meet and discuss his thoughts on this beer. For those more music minded Michael has also taken time to gather up five acts that will perform throughout the evening. Details are below but we can honestly say that this one we will be going to.
