With our newest Hazy IPA we’re attempting to make a super-tropical-hop inspired beer. The hops we’re featuring are Sultana, Sabro and Mosaic with some Simcoe and Amarillo to round out the aroma with citrus, floral, and pine notes.

In addition to the 2-row pale base malt, we add malted white wheat, flaked corn and rolled oats to the grist for texture, flavor, and mouthfeel.

Our goal is a smooth pillowy mild malt flavor with pineapple, coconut, passionfruit, tangerine, grapefruit and a touch of piney dankness to tantalize the taste buds.
