On Wednesday, January 8th, we will be tapping a few collaboratiion projects from the upcoming Gorges Beer Company! We will be featuring the following beers on draught with representatives from The Gorges in attendance. We will also be featuring a few beers from their host breweries, Upright and Lucky Lab.

Upright/Gorges - Willamette Pale (Cask)
Willamette Pale is a single malt/single hop beer made with Bryan Keilty of Gorges Brewing. We partnered with Skagit Valley malt and used a variety called Pilot Dark, lending the beer a nice amber hue. The kettle was loaded with Willamette hops, then we open fermented it with our house ale yeast. This one drinks like a classic from the U.K. with big but balanced flavors and plenty of nuance despite a modest ABV of only 4.3%.

Lucky Lab/Gorges - Gorges IPA
This Wazy IPA is inspired by the two styles we love the best Hazy IPA and West Coast IPA, so we said lets combine them! The grain bill is light with yeast derived floral and stone fruit character. Hops are big and bold with tropical notes and hints of pine. The beer is cloudy but not overly hazy with firm bitterness. Prost! Abv 7.3 %
