Keepers is our award-winning Dry Irish Stout brewed since 2001. Roasty chocolate and coffee flavours combine in the near black brew with a creamy, mahogany coloured head. With a luscious and silky mouthfeel, Keepers comforts you on those cold overcast fall and winter evenings.

Lighthouse Golden Rye IPA

The setting sun illuminates particles of frost falling through the sky. A tall beam of golden light reaches up from the horizon. Just like Sun Pillars, our winter IPA is a rare occurrence. Charged with generous additions of Rye malt and Mosaic hops, tropical fruit aromas lead to notes of spicy orange.

Lighthouse Depth Charge (2022) Oak Aged Imperial Red Rum Ale

As it was with the warships of old, conventional means would only skim the surface. Something of more substance and intent would be necessary to combat the lurking, giant beasts below. In this year's Depth Charge, you will find strong caramel notes alongside dark fruit, vanilla, and biscuit flavours. All met with the sailor's staple of oak and rum. This limited seasonal release will warm your spirits and sink ships -- all at the same time.
