Atwood Salamander People Wet Winter Ale

For those of us in the Pacific Northwest who choose to spend our darkest days below the snow line, winter generally has a different vibe. From the damp and dreary season of the outdoor salamander, to the warm and toasty season of the wood-stove-adjacent salamander, this wet winter ale is for all types of salamander people. Warming spices, notes of citrus and poached pear, and toasty, biscuity and earthy undertones come together with an atmospheric river to form this delightful, orange liquid.

Ingredients: Brewed with Skagit Valley barley and triticale malts; local Centennial and Cashmere hops from Bredenhof Hop Farms in Abbotsford, BC; a variety of holiday spices; and British ale yeast.

6.6% ABV | - IBU

This is a tasty Winter Ale to snuggle up to, released for the winter months when snow blankets the terrain of the mind and the body craves warmth and, let’s be honest, it’s dark and wet most of the time so your beer better be damn good. Winter Ale is dark like the weather with roast chocolate and warm malt flavors balanced by noble hop aroma and subtle hoppy spice.

Fremont BBOMB 2022 Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Winter Ale

This year’s release of B-Bomb is aged in 8–12-year-old American Oak bourbon barrels and is a blend of 9, 12, and 24-month old barrel-aged Winter Ale. B-Bomb achieves distinct bourbon, oak, cacao, leather, toffee, and dark coffee notes from its extended barrel aging and barrel blending. Each barrel contributes a different note, and combining each barrel to create a coherent tone is a distinct art and true pleasure. Please do enjoy this unique barrel-aged ale today but know that B-Bomb will age gracefully for at least another 5 years.

In The Shadow Its Winter - Winter Ale

This beer is a Brown Ale on the darker side, using Willamette hops, sweet orange peel, cinnamon and ground up paradise seeds. You end up with a nice malty and low hop winter ale. This is not big and sweet stick to the roof of you mouth, its nice and dry where you get all the parts come together.
