Rooftop Scotch Scotch Scotchity Scotch (Ale)

I love Scotch! This is a traditional Scotch Ale but with a twist. We added Islay Peat Smoked Malt to give it a true Scotch flavor, and we allow the beer to dry out to bring out the smoky peaty goodness and avoid the sticky sweetness of many Scotch ales. Our philosophy on this style is "Less Sweet, More Peat"!
