Fernie First Ascent

Appropriately named, this is Fernie Brewing Company's first ever kettle soured brew. Tart, but not aggressively sour, with a moderately fruity character and hints of salt and coriander added for balance. A very refreshing beer,
with bright flavours and high attenuation.
