A new IPA that’s part of a rotating “bikes and beers” series, inspired by the addition of the protected bike lane in front of the brewery. Black in color, Adam used de-bittered black malts to strip out some roast character. This IPA has a piney and citrus hop profile. “Close your eyes and you’d never know it was a dark beer,” – says Adam.
