Press Release

San Marcos, CA – Dank & Sticky IPA, the first beer to be released from the Hop Freshener Series in 2015, will be returning and heading to tap lines and bottle shops in mid-January.
Brewed with Eureka, Mosaic, Cascade, Comet and Simcoe varietals, Dank and Sticky is a nod to the original West Coast-style IPA’s.

Dank & Sticky begins with freshly peeled citrus zest and piney aromas on the nose leading to a smooth and slightly creamy mouth-feel, bursting with Grapefruit and Mango notes with a considerable “Dank” resinous finish.

“We love the fact that we get to ring the New Year in with Dank & Sticky IPA” Said Tomme Arthur, COO of Port Brewing/ The Lost Abbey/ The Hop Concept. “There’s some great juicy beers out there, but sometimes you just need dank resins in your life, and this does the job.”

The Hop Concept’s Dank & Sticky IPA (8.5% ABV) will be available throughout the Port Brewing / Lost Abbey / The Hop Concept distribution network in 22oz bottles and limited draft.
