Steam Donkey Fresh Faced 2018 Fresh Hop Ale
Availability: Early September
Utilizes all Organic Washington malt from Skagit Valley Malt with a base of their Organic Copeland pilsner and Organic Vienna and Munich malts.
We traditionally hopped it with organic Colombus and Magnum to add a well rounded bitterness and steeped 60lbs of organic Chinook, Magnum, and Gargoyle fresh hops for blast of aroma and earthiness.
We will then dry hop it with a blend of Gargoyle/Azacca and release it on the 7th of September only available in our taproom.
