Seating will be limited and the atmosphere intimate as we have a rare opportunity to taste three consecutive vintages (2018, 2019, 2020) of this celebrated Barleywine. Executive Chef Brian Benedetti has devised an incredible menu that will offer fresh bright flavors of the PNW, rich offerings of the local waters, and a main course meant to bring the group together as a family. 3rd course (big family style presentation):
Roasted Porchetta- Carlton Farms belly and loin, fennel pollen, orange zest, garlic, rosemary, horseradish gremolata
