With winter weather rolling into the valley and Christmas just around the corner, we at The Front Door think this is a great time to drink some great beers and eat some amazing food.
1st Thursday dinner for starters will be a fresh garden salad with spinach, baby kale and romaine with cucumber, carrots, candied pecans and daikon sprouts served with a citra hop infused vinaigrette.
Sunday Mourning Stout -Payette Brewing
The main course will be Memphis style dry rub chicken topped with a homemade BBQ sauce infused with Slaughterhouse Red Ale served with a side of fire roasted Brussel sprouts.

Dessert will be a vanilla bean crème brûlée with lime zest
Aura Blackberry and Peach Sour Ale- Payette Brewing
Dinner will start at 6pm and run until 9pm on December 7th.
