Cellarmaker - Holy Mountain Beyond Spacetime, Beyond Self '23
Beyond Spacetime, Beyond Self is an English-Style Barleywine made with our friends from Cellarmaker Brewing Co. in Oakland, CA. Brewed with Two-Row and an array of specialty dark malts, it was aged in a variety of Kentucky bourbon barrels for 15 months.
Back in October of 2021, Connor and Tim came out to Seattle for a visit and, using one of their tried and true grain bills, we made a big English-Style Barleywine that ended up in a variety of super cool Kentucky Bourbon barrels. The Cellarmaker BA you game is not to be missed, and these guys are making some absolutely killer stuff along with their already awesome offerings. We are thrilled with how it turned out and hope you enjoy this mind melting Barleywine.
