Festival Preview: WA: 3/1 Beveridge Place Pub's Barleywine Bacchanal reminds you that keg-stands are for amateurs.

In a few short days, presuming you have jack-sh*t as you weekend POA (plan of action), Beveridge Place Pub (6413 California Avenue S.W.) is scheduled to host their annual Barleywine Bacchanal. With over 30 barleywine's featured from March 1st thru March 7th.

Taking some of the guess work, while minimizing the dent in your wallet and liver, here are some suggestions.

Assuming you have read beyond the 'suggestions' I would advise you either have a designated driver, plans to take a cab (or ride share), or bus; to get you home. I cannot stress that consuming too many of these beers will ruin your day and (assuming you chose to drive home, solo) will ruin everyone's as well.

Lastly, I want to remind you that consuming food will help with the delaying of alcohol absorption. As Beveridge Place Pub does not have a kitchen, they will be happy to provide you a list of restaurants that deliver. Or if you prefer, there's a Zeeks's, Subway, McDonald's, or Western Family; all within walking distance.
