The Hoptaur! The hero of our story. He’s the leader of the adventurers walking the path with Labyrinth Forge. To honor this beast, we crafted this traditional Pacific Northwest IPA. Generous amounts of Centennial hops provide a piney flavor and aroma that we uniquely paired with Bravo hops to get a touch of orange and vanilla. A solid malt backbone is derived from high quality malt. This year, the fresh hops are 100% Centennial from Crosby Hop Farms.
