Our fresh hop Rye IPA is especially unique because not only do we pick the hops by hand from our local hop farm, but we take 1/2 of these fresh hops and smoke them before they go into the batch! Our owner, Beth, invented 'hop smoking' one day when she was conducting a trial batch in her backyard among her fresh hops and while grilling at the same time. The malt background with the fresh hops and smoked hops lends to a lively drinking experience.
