Beer 101 Educational Series – Wild Ales vs Kettle Sours at Zupan's Markets

Event Details

From sweet and fruity to mouth-puckeringly tart and funky. Taste the difference between these two main styles of sour beers.

The tasting classes will be held at the Cellar Z events space at the Burnside Zupan’s, and the series kicks off this upcoming Sunday, February 26, at 2 p.m. with an introductory course that covers the history, ingredients, processes, styles, and beer terminology.

The events run once a month through July; each class is $40 and includes tastings of 6 beers, plus cheese, charcuterie, and other beer snacks. Cellar Z is located at 2340 W Burnside St, Portland, OR 97210.
