Kokua [koh-ku-ah] (Help) 

As someone who was born and raised in Hawaii this one hits home. I grew up on the Big Island, Kona side. I went to Boy Scout camp, bartended, and played A LOT of tennis on Maui; I’ve worked with many people who call Maui home. Witnessing the destruction from the past few days makes all of those memories come rushing back; the heartbreak, devastation and hopelessness makes my heart hurt. Prayers, Love and Aloha goes out to all the people of Maui. We at Hellbent will be having a fundraiser, both locations on Wednesday Aug. 16th. Do Good Drink Beer “Island Style” Come Down and support!!
