About Marcus Logan

Marcus Logan (Falcon Heart) makes his solo band debut, January 19th at the McMenamins Wassail Cider Festival!

Hailing from small town Dayton Oregon, Marcus found his passion for music at a young age and wasted no time in chasing his dream. Starting his first band at 15 years old, he realized that music was a great way to connect with community, and create a space for people to come together. Focusing on songwriting, and crafting heartfelt melodies are still at the forefront of his creative process. Marcus presents his songs like a well crafted story, paving a sometimes melancholy path for us to follow, and gently guiding us along to that proverbial light at the end of the tunnel. Whether it’s upbeat or downtempo one thing is for sure, Marcus Logan writes from the heart.

Moving to Portland in 2009, Marcus jumped into nearly a decade of collaboration with various bands and artists in PDX. With over 15 years of experience writing his own music, Marcus has teamed up with bassist Ryan Lund, and drummer extraordinaire, Aaron DeRosso, to finally complete the power trio foundation.
