Join us to celebrate a special collaboration release with Ale Apothecary's Connor Currie and Nordic Beer Writers, Mika Laitinen(author of "Viking Age Brew: The Craft of Brewing Sahti Farmhouse Ale") and Jereme Zimmerman(author of "Make Mead Like a Viking" and "Brew Beer Like a Yeti"). They're bringing us a Sahti made with ingredients from Norway, Finland, and Oregon. This beer is a no-boil raw ale fermented with, you guessed it, Norwegian Kviek yeast!
