Oak Aged English Strong Ale
A bold, rich strong ale followed by hints of toasted marshmallow and caramel. We took our award-winning Wallace Strong Ale and aged it with toasted oak spirals that were marinated for two weeks in Bourbon Whiskey from Montana, bringing on a tangy spicy oak flavor with a suggestion of vanilla and spice notes that will further develop with the age of this very limited release.
