About Porter Brewing
We proudly serve 100% cask-conditioned real ales. "Real ale", a term originally coined in the UK, is beer that is unfiltered, unpasteurized, and goes through a secondary fermentation in the cask (similar to a keg) where it naturally self-carbonates. In lieu of your typical beer tap which adds additional carbonation, our ales are hand-pumped using English beer engines that were imported from the UK. We serve 20 oz imperial pints and 10 oz half pints, in addition to flights and growler fills. Served at cellar temperature, you're able to enjoy the malty goodness of each brew.
