Our Amber Marzen has been brewed for many years, being our first recipe to utilize the Munich multi-step brew process with a 100% local, heritage German barley malt grain bill, German noble hops and Munich lager yeast, creating a clean, rich and toasty flavor balanced by a restrained bitterness and dry, crisp lager finish.

An ode to bananas foster via a double Dunkelweizen. The Weihenstephan Weizen yeast provides banana and spice while the caramel comes from a good dose of specialty malts. Vanilla in the secondary rounds out the classic flavor profile.
