Releasing on their anniversary, April 13th, Bale Breaker Brewing mystifies your senses with "Crop Circles Hazy IPA".

"We wanted to have fun with this one," says brewery co-owner Meghann Quinn. "Our past 16oz series have been a little more serious and reflective of our family's legacy as 4th generation hop farmers, but this year, we just wanted to make a delicious beer with fun artwork and no deeper meaning."

Get it now! Bale Breaker Brewing releases their collaboration with Von Ebert Brewing and Barley Brown's Brewing - Frenz IPA.

“As we searched for breweries to team up with for our February Frenz release," shares Kevin Smith, co-owner and brewmaster at Bale Breaker, "it was clear to us that we had to bring our good friends from Barley Brown's back into the mix. Breakside was an obvious choice, given our shared passion for hoppy beers. And when we were looking for a brewery whose style resonated with our crew, Von Ebert immediately came to mind.”

Available in cans for the first time, Bale Breaker Brewing releasing Raging Ditch Dry-Hopped Blonde.

“Raging Ditch is the perfect summer beer – it’s got more hop flavor and malt complexity than the average blonde ale,” says Bale Breaker co-owner and Brewmaster Kevin Smith. “We highly recommend grabbing a 4pk and enjoying this beer on a body of water– we’d just suggest the Yakima River as opposed to an irrigation ditch.”

The next in their Frenz series, Bale Breaker Brewing & Sierra Nevada Brewing celebrate the release this June.

This June’s Frenz release with industry trailblazers, Sierra Nevada, comes with an international twist: a partnership with two more multi-generational family-owned companies, Yakima Chief Hops and NZ Hops, to brew with new, highly sought-after New Zealand hops. Earlier this year, Yakima Chief Hops and NZ Hops launched a partnership that allows American brewers easier access to these international hops, and this Frenz release showcases two exciting new hop releases from NZ Hops, Superdelic™ and Nectaron®. PLUS, there’s the added benefit of hops grown in the Southern Hemisphere: the hops featured in Frenz were grown and harvested this year! As if this partnership couldn’t get even more special – some of the New Zealand hops were grown by longtime family friends of the brewery, Mac Hops, a 5th generation hop farm in Motueka, NZ.

A return to their roots, Bale Breaker Brewing releases Skyward IPA. The newest, year-round, release joining Daybreak Pale Ale.

“After years of innovating with Hazy IPAs, Pilsners, and even branching into hard seltzer, we're going back to what made us love beer and brewing in the first place with our 2023 releases of Daybreak and Skyward,” says Bale Breaker co-owner Meghann Quinn. “Skyward is a call back to a core goal when we opened our brewery 10 years ago: to make a damn good West Coast IPA. This time around, we’re leaning on a decade of brewing experience and new techniques to produce flavors that feel classic yet fresh and appeal to a wide array of customers.”

Releasing Friday, March 24th, Bale Breaker Brewing's Hellcat Energy Hazy IPA is an inspired release between 23rd Avenue Brewery and Bottleworks.

Hell Cat Energy is a great example as to why we at Bottleworks are so passionate about collaborations. We are driven to use our platform to connect and foster community. We accomplished just that with this meeting of minds. It was quite the honor to be brewing on Bale Breakers system along side the 23rd Ave team. There were many moments during that brew day that made me stop in my tracks, just to take in the scene. As a women of color in an industry I am not always represented in, I felt such a sense of pride that my team was able to facilitate this incredible moment in Seattle Craft Beer history

Their newest year-round release, Bale Breaker Brewing announces Daybreak Pale Ale.

This pale ale is a nod to the brewery’s roots, fittingly releasing a month before the brewery turns 10 years old. As the brewery, owners, and brewers have matured in the last 10 years, they know their customers have too. This pale ale is a nod to that growth with a simpler, more pared-down recipe than Bale Breaker's typical brews. Daybreak is a beer customers can crush without feeling too full, and with an approachable 5.5% ABV, it's the perfect companion for any adventure.
