Sure, cake is great, but celebrating with beer is what we do around here. Year 3 is a blend of one year old, two year old and three year old bourbon barrel aged barleywine. This is a hefty beer that comes in at 16.8% abv. Each sip is full of caramel, fig and bourbon notes and is sure to make an impression.
