Remember that tasty collaborative Gose that graced your taste buds last month? Imagine that, but brought to even greater heights of flavor via over a year of barrel-aging. Brewed with oak-smoked wheat malt, Creature Times was racked into tequila barrels that formerly held wine, and there it soaked up excellence for 13 months. We then sliced up a whole bunch of fresh pineapples just before slapping half of them on the grill and smoking the rest to perfection over oak chips sourced from wine barrels. The finishing addition of Pasilla, Guajillo, and Ancho chilis provide a zesty bite of resounding flavor that leaves you wanting more.
