We aged this blended batch of our delicious Flanders red in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry barrels for seven months, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. What we ended up with is a beverage that’s both exceedingly complex and outrageously drinkable, with beautiful notes of cherries, vanilla, and red berries complemented with incredible efficacy by notes of oak, juicy raisins, and ripe plums from its time in the sherry barrels. It’s a funky, fruit-laden tour de force, and we think you’re really going to dig it.
