We are excited to announce the launch of our Barrel Aged Berry Kettle Sour. Brewed with Pilsner and Wheat Malts, this kettle sour beer went through primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It was racked into French oak Chardonnay and Viognier barrels from Elephant Island Winery in Naramata. Raspberries and blackberries were added then allowed to age for 3 months. It was bottle conditioned, carbonated and unfiltered. It is available now in our taproom and in the days ahead at craft-beer focused liquor stores in BC in 750ml champagne-style bottles. We'd love to hear your feedback on our first ever barrel aged beer release.
