For more than a decade now, our brewers have been making the “trip” to hand select hops from the farm in order to pick, bag, load and dump the fresh harvest into the kettle to create Hop Trip. The quick jaunt across the mountains in Oregon means that Crystal hops from Goschie Farms go from harvest to brew in just a few short hours. The result?
