History & Style:
We collaborated two versions of Phuket, one brewed at Gigantic and one brewed at Jolly Pumpkin. Phuket made at Gigantic was barrel fermented and then aged in the barrels. It spent over a year in the wood. Naturally fermented in the bottle with an additional yeast for added complexity.
