Portland Beer Week, Wayfinder Beer and Nicky Farms present the 2019 Brewers Burger Brawl on Wednesday, June 12th with reserved seatings at 11:30am and 1:30pm. This returning event (last held at The Hop & Vine in 2015) pits four brewers (Stormbreaker Brewing, Von Ebert Brewing, pFriem Family Brewers and Wayfinder Beer) against each other in a juicy head-to-head competition for the best burger / beer pairing. It's a no holds barred cage match (if Wayfinder's enormous enclosed patio counts as a cage) where the public is the winner and helps decide this year’s annual champion.
Tickets are $35 (includes gratuity) for four slider-sized but stuffed burgers plus 5oz pours of each brewers’ beers, with complimentary Wayfinder fries and Salt & Straw ice cream as well. Additional beers will be available for purchase at the bar. Everyone gets a vote for People’s Choice of each session, and three judges will determine their own Grand Champion!
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Growing Gardens, a local nonprofit (www.growing-gardens.org), Growing Gardens will also be selling raffle tickets for Nicky Farms sampler packs and tickets to Wild About Game in September. Nicky Farms will also have their fine products for sale to-go (www.nickyusa.com/nicky-farms).
This event is 21+, everyone must purchase a ticket. Grab your tickets now, they won't last long!
