Born in Salt Lake City but with permanent roots in Seattle, James Beard Award-winning Chef John Sundstrom has remained a culinary anchor in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. Meanwhile, in the former sleepy Seattle neighborhood of Ballard, co-owners Lara Zahaba, Robyn Schumacher, and Brad Benson have remained a destination brewery for runners and those who appreciate thoughtfully-loyal to style beers. On May 15th, Ballard converges on Capitol Hill when Sundstrom's Lark hosts Stoup Brewing Company for a four-course, five beer, dinner.
