McMenamins releases 33rd State IPA, its first Spring seasonal IPA available at every pub.

Fitting that on National Beer Day that we remind you about a special release from the McMenamins brothers. Released under the name 33rd State, McMenamins is happy to announce their first-ever India Pale Ale to be made available at each and every brewery location. Long known for their readily-available Terminator Stout, this is no doubt a happy achievement for loyalists of McMenamins' numerous beers.

Brewed with Premium 2-Row, Northwest Pale, and Crystal 15 malts; 33rd State IPA has a light straw color that belies the aroma and flavors when partaking of your first sip. With the additions of Mosaic, Cascade, Chinook, and Citra hops; the beer produces notes of grapefruit, mixed berries, fresh pine while reminding you of citrus and tropical fruits. At 6.97% ABV and with an IBU a hair over 50 (at 51), 33rd State IPA might be a fun beer to ring in National Beer Day.
