Hellbent Brewing Company hosts "Cheese Wars: The Fromage Awakens" during Seattle Beer Week.
In a few short weeks, Seattle Beer Week will be here again. As one of the countries oldest 10-day events, focussed on promoting beer, Seattle Beer Week is not to be missed. Also recognizing another SBW is on the horizon, Hellbent Brewing company, located in Seattle's Lake City neighborhood, is pleased to announce the return of Cheese Wars.
Benefitting Seattle's Children's Hospital, Cheese Wars is one part food truck competition and one part homage George Lucas' vision of the future. Hosted on Saturday, May 11th, the event will feature Food Trucks Peach & The Pig as well as Wicked Good Grinders, employing a Star Wars themed menu. In addition to food trucks, the 501st Legion and the Rebel Legion will be in attendance dressed as some familiar Star Wars characters. New to this year is an axe-throwing exhibition, hosted by PNW AXE, as well as an "Axe Saber" throwing competition.
Included in your $25 ticket is two half sandwiches, a food truck voting ballot, one complimentary Hellbent beer, and a $5 donation to Seattle's Children's Hospital.
