At 4 pm on Tuesday, February 5th, Baerlic Brewing is set to release three unique beers at their southeast Portland Brewery & Taproom.
It starts with Bling Blang, a Hazy IPA made with Simcoe, Amarillo, Hallertau Blanc, and Centennial hops. Described by the brewery as having “a really big top note of white wine, gooseberry and elderflower from the Hallertau Blanc.”. Bling Blang is 6.7% ABV.
Next on the list is their rotating fruited-sour, Fruit Fight. This time around the brewery is pitting (get it) Passion Fruit against Mango, resulting in a tropical mess that comes together in the can. Fruit Fight with Mango and Passion Fruit is 5% ABV.
Finally, the brewery releases a doozy, with their Pancake House Cocoa Maple Coffee Imperial Stout. At 11.5% ABV, this beer will make any post-party breakfast a little easier to cope with. Oh and the brewery is randomly issuing out coffee mugs* to those who find a Pancake House sticker affixed to the top of their can.
Baerlic Brewing’s southeast Portland Brewery & Taproom is located at 2235 SE 11th Ave in Southeast Portland .
