Breweries No-Li Brewhouse and Genus collaborate on Spokane Beer Week beer.

Press Releases

Spokane, WA — A community collaboration for Spokane Craft Beer Week pairs two unlikely partners in No-Li Brewhouse and Genus Brewery, a small batch brewery and home-brew shop in the Spokane Valley.

The specialty beer is being released only at the Collaboration Beer Festival at Bellwether Brewery on Tuesday May 15th, where pairs of breweries from the Spokane area will release their own collaborations.

No-Li and Genus are releasing a blended barrel aged sour based on No-Li’s Slacker and Genus’ Galanthus, creating a beer with a tart flavor with aromas of peach and cherry, layered with orange peel zest and vanilla bean notes, and then dry hopped with Mosaic hop for sweet and fruity finish.

"Community collaborations come in all sizes, and No-Li celebrates the the big and the small,” says No-Li's Bill Powers,  “For us, this is what Spokane Craft Beer Week is all about - celebrating the relationships that make Spokane great.”
