High Plains Drifter, an 18-month project released in bottles March 10th

This Saturday, March 10th join us at the Aslan Depot for special bottle release. Only 30 cases available, no limit per person:

Consider this yet another sign of progress for one of Bellingham's fledgling breweries with the release of their bottled, High Plains Drifter.

What has started out as a modest beer, comprised of pilsner, rye, wheat and Saaz hops has quietly aged in prior-use barrels made with French-oak. After a short sabbatical, dry-hopped Moteuka before being aged in, cork-finished, bottles for 4 months, the beer is finally ready for your whet appetites.

If all of this sounds remotely romantic, then you probably should drive to the brewery for a chance at one of only 360 bottles.
