Only 40 seats available for this one-of-a-kind event. Barrel Blend with Stoup & Wander Brewers. September 19th from 6pm.

Believe it or not, there was a time when pubs would make their own beer. It's true. Back in the days of England, breweries would produce several unique beers made with the intent on being blended together to make the three threads, which would later be called Entire and shortly after, the Porter. But the English aren't the only ones who blended their beers. In fact, the Belgians continue this practice today, selling blended beers aged in barrels made from both young (often less than 6 months old) and old (often a year or more) to form blended beers like Lambic. Of course, this is educational but it doesn't explain why Stoup is hosting a unique event. Or does it?

Starting at 6 pm, and limited to the first 40 who register, Stoup Brewing is hosting a blending session, hosted by Stoup Brewing and their Collaboration Beer Festival partner Wander Brewing. Included with your $65 admission you get the following:

A one-of-a-kind experience as you are educated by award winning brewers Brad Benson (Stoup), Robyn Schumacher (Stoup), and Chad Kuehl (Wander).
Experience the process with your own blending exercise
4 tasters, including 2 collaboration beers + 1 beer from both Stoup Brewing and Wander Brewing
1 Pint of your choice from the 4 beers featured at the event
