Scuttlebutt Brewing Company is announcing the yearly special release of the Jalapeno Tripel 7.

Available for a short time every spring, this year the beer will be released in mid-April 2017. An interesting pairing, the beer is a model of contrast. The broad pungent flavor of the jalapeno and serrano peppers marry beautifully with the delicate white pear and clove flavors present in the Tripel 7. “This Jalapeno Tripel is really more of culinary experience than a drinking experience,” says Matt Stromberg, Head Brewer at Scuttlebutt. Using the spring seasonal Tripel 7, a Belgian Styled Tripel as the base, whole jalapeno’s and serrano peppers are naturally processed in house to create a unique flavor profile. Available in 22oz bottles and on draft, this beer isn't a burner, it's surprisingly refreshing and drinkable.
