The Breakside BBQ Hoedown Comes to Seattle!
SEATTLE – Every year in May, local beer fans clamor for the opportunity to sample their favorite Pacific Northwest brews paired with top local food from some of the best restaurants in Seattle. To commemorate Seattle Beer Week this year, Jack’s BBQ is partnering with Portland’s Breakside Brewery on Sunday, May 7th from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. for a special Tap Takeover event featuring Jack’s smoked meats paired with a selection of beer from Breakside’s portfolio.
Beer and food pairings for the event will include the following:
- Breakside Stout paired with Halved Smoked Drunken Duck
- Toro Red with Toro beer battered Pork Chicharrons.
- Wanderlust IPA with Pulled Pork
- Liquid Sunshine Pilsner with St. Louis-style Pork Ribs
- Passion-fruit Sour Ale with Smoked Beef Ribs (sold by the ½ pound)
