From noon to midnight, Bailey's Taproom will continue celebrating 10 years of beers, by showcasing a plethora of beers made with Brettanomyces.
The versatility of this yeast strain ranges from kicking off flavors of pineapple juice to barnyard funk. Brett has a voracious appetite and loves sugars, which can dry out a beer during it's slow fermentation. It can also be added at conditioning to extend a beer's shelf life. Brett is living on the skins of your favorite fruit and can even be found on the human body!
Stop by the 'Taproom, from noon to midnight, while enjoying beers (some with 100%) with friends and strangers. For more information, including draft list, visit the event page.
Bailey's Taproom is located at 213 SW Broadway in Portland, Oregon.
