After reaching out to the brewers at The RAM Brewery in North Seattle, we've received a list of their seasonal beers.
Located at 401 NE Northgate Way in Seattle's Northgate Mall, the RAM Restaurant and Brewery features burgers, sandwiches, salads, and various entrees. In addition to food, the restaurant caters to cocktail sippers, wine drinkers, and of course beer consumers.
As of March 1st, the following beers are available for consumption.
Vitamin C ABV | 6.4% IBU | 37
A lightly sweet and juicy Pale Ale brewed with Blood Orange and Grapefruit purees, balanced by Citra and Mandarina hops.
Udder Chaos Imperial Milk Stout ABV | 8.3% IBU | 35
Rich dark chocolate and light coffee indulge with a smooth toasty finish and light creamy sweetness from Lactose sugar.
ZZZ Hop ABV | 9.7% IBU | 85
It’s back! Our Triple IPA, big and bold with intense hop aromatics from Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook hops. Served in our special tulip glass.
Rabbit Punch ABV | 5.8% IBU | 45
Welcome in Spring with our hoppy red ale! This red ale starts with a delicious hop note and finishes dry for a pleasant, drinkable beer. Cheers to Spring!
Wicked Good IP ABV | 6.3% IBU | 45

The first RAM opened as a “Deluxe Tavern” in Lakewood, Washington on February 26th, 1971. Today the RAM is still family owned and headquartered in Lakewood.
