... Seattle, WA.  A lot has changed since Populuxe co-owners Peter Charbonnier and his wife Amy Besunder opened their doors in March of 2013 with just three beers on tap. 
 
On Saturday, March 18th from 3 – 6 PM, they invite you to come on down and celebrate their 4th anniversary aloha-style so don your best Hawaiian shirt!

Festivities will feature entertainment by Sunshine From Polynesia with the following lineup:
3-3:30 PM Ukulele Playing/Singing
3:30-4:30 PM- Keiki (children's) Hula Class
5-6:00 PM Full Floor Show with Fire Dancing

A commemorative glass is featuring the tiki god of beer will be available for purchase and can be filled with special casks such as Pineapple Blonde, Blood Orange Double Red, Vanilla Stout and Double Dry Hopped El Dorado IPA.

Peasant Food Manifesto Food Truck will offer a traditional menu of Poke, Kalua Pork or Grilled Chicken with white rice and macaroni salad.

Balleywood Creamery will also be onsite with their innovative and intensely flavored ice creams and sorbets.

The event is free and open to all thanks to the sponsorship of Verity Credit Union who will be presenting leis at the door and offering facepainting for the kids.

About Populuxe Brewing:
Populuxe Brewing (826 NW 49th Street) is owned by long-time Ballard residents and husband and wife team Peter Charbonnier and Amy Besunder. They opened their doors in 2013 with just three beers on tap.  The brewery now boasts ten brews on the menu board at any time, creative casks and a warm and welcoming family environment.  In 2017, Populuxe announced an expansion to a new space directly across from their current location.  This expansion is expected to be completed by summer.  Populuxe has won numerous awards for its beer and most recently won Gold for the Burke Gilman Bitter at the Best of Craft Beer Awards.
