Double Down Double IPA - Stones Throw Brewing, Bellingham

Named after the slang name of one of the burliest mountain bike trails in county limits, it's fair to think this might be our burliest beer yet. Certainly high octane, this Double IPA has a gratifying balance between the malty base and the classic C-hops aroma profile. Cascade, Chinook, and Centennial hops were all used to craft this beer with a slight citrus and lemon aftertaste. And yeah, she's a strong one! Whoops....there goes the Neighborhood! 8.5% ABV / 75 IBU

Embers Amber - Stones Throw Brewing, Bellingham

Aptly-named by our quirky bartender Molly while standing around the fire sometime around 1am during the recent staff campout, the Embers Amber is a great winter-warmer beer. The subtle toasted aroma blends well with the cocoa and blend of stone fruits, and hints of fresh peaches and dates rise to the top. 5.4% ABV / 35 IBU

Slam Dunkelweizen - Stones Throw Brewing, Bellingham

The perfect autumn beer, this traditional wheat lager yields a beer with flavors of caramel and toasted bread crust. When most people order a lager, they don't expect a dark color. But the roasted malts and specialty grains in Dunkelweizens give them their darker color. 6% ABV / 16 IBU

Vic Secret IPA - Stoup Brewing, Seattle

This IPA is bittered with Columbus and has large whirlpool additions of Vic Secret (an exciting, relatively new hop from HPA - Hop Products Australia), plus mosaic and Galaxy. The beer was then dry-hopped with more Vic Secret. This IPA packs a wallop of passionfruit and pineapple aromas and flavors with a piney resin finish. 7.4% ABV / 65 IBU

Happy Merry Belgian Dubbel - Stoup Brewing, Seattle

This early winter release will delight your senses and warm your belly. It's perfect for sipping by the fire or paired with holiday dinners. The yeast yields comes from a Trappist monastery in Belgium and compliments the many complex Belgian malts used to craft this beer. The resulting elixir has aromas of dark candied fruit and rich malt with balanced esters. You'll find just a bit of spice from the yeast as well as a depth of richness from dark Belgian candi sugar. 7.7% ABV / 20 IBU

My Own Private IPA - Stoup Brewing, Seattle

This Beer honors Idaho 7, an experimental hop variety from Jackson Farms in Wilder Idaho. Hints of red grapefruit, orange zest and stone fruits are followed by notes of pine. 7.5% ABV / 65 IBU
