Timbertown Brown - Icicle Brewing, Leavenworth

Timbertown Brown is a new brew with an old school nod to the rough & tumble times in Leavenworth’s history. The medium intensity in both malt flavor and aroma pairs perfectly with it’s caramel and chocolate-like malty characters. A solid hop backbone is evident in this incredibly drinkable beer which boasts an obvious hop bitterness paired with medium hop flavor and aroma. 6.5% ABV / 68 IBU

iRISH sTOUT – Lowercase Brewing, Seattle

Creamy and silky, our winter stout will warm you from the inside out. Darkly roasted malts combined with East Kent Golding hops provide a roasty base that is then kissed with whole vanilla beans in secondary fermentation. This keeps this beer from being too it intensity with layers of flavor. 5.1% ABV / 30 IBU

Peanut Butter Porter - Lucky Envelope Brewing, Seattle

A big, smooth, and delicious sipper. Thomas Fawcett English malts lend flavors of milk chocolate, espresso, and caramel which pair perfectly with an infusion of real peanut butter for a peanut-ty, chocolatey treat. Traditional East Kent Goldings hops provide just enough floral hop bitterness to balance the porter’s higher alcohol. For those with peanut allergies, our Imperial Porter will be available as a tasty substitute. 8.5% ABV / 42 IBU
