Brewery Event: Washington: Redmond: Black Raven presents Flocktoberfest, September 10th, from 12 pm - 10 pm

If you aren't at home or in a bar, watching your favorite college football team, then you best be at the Black Raven Brewery for Flocktoberfest. 

Celebrating the release of their Flocktoberfest Lager, this event will offer goers the opportunity to purchase pints, growlers, or (limited amounts of ) 22-ounce bottles; while ingesting German-inspired eats. With the prospect of cloudy, rain-less, skies, guest are welcome to enjoy .5L in the beer garden. The brewery staff would like to invite your four-legged friends, but so long as they well-behaved and of course leashed. 

Food provided by food cart Das Bratwagen along with a local baked-pretzel vendor. 

Those that arrive early are encouraged to purchase a limited edition .5L stein, designed by Black Raven.

The temps are dropping, the leaves are turning and it’s time for the Oktoberfest beers to start hitting the taps! This year we bring you Flocktoberfest, our fall seasonal lager. Brewed in the German Marzen style, this clean and balanced lager is the perfect summer into fall treat. Crafted with traditional Czech grown and malted barley for an authentic European malt flavor with a light, toasty undertone. Domestic and European hops provide a balanced, light hop profile.

Alcohol by Volume: 5.0%

International Bittering Units: 34

Malts: Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, Caramel Vienne 20L

Hops: Magnum, Hersbrucker, Opal

Finally, guests are encouraged to avoid the parking lot, east of the brewery (marked accordingly), as violators will be towed away from the lot.
