We’re proude to announce:
SARAVEZA’S 7th Annual IIPA Festival
30 + IIPAs, Double Beef Burgers & The Berliner Weisse Oasis!
August 27th & 28th from: 1pm-9pm at Saraveza & Bad Habit Room
Featuring over 30 rotating Double & Some Triple IPAs, Double Beef Burgers, & a Berliner Weisse Oasis, the 7th Annual IIPA Festival will take place at Saraveza, Bottle Shop & Pasty Tavern and neighboring Bad Habit Room on Saturday and Sunday, August 27th & 28th.
Festival goers will have the opportunity to try unique IIPAs from some of the best breweries inside and outside of Oregon. Look for IIPAs from some greats such as: Breakside, Barley Brown’s Melvin’s, Fat Heads, Great Notion, Claim 52, Green Flash, Alpine, Ballast Point, Russian River, and many, many more! Taps will be rotating at Saraveza, Bad Habit Room and in the outdoor seating area on N. Michigan.
To compete with big bold IIPA flavors, we’ve retired the BBLTs and are introducing the first year of double beef burgers!
To offer an added level of refreshment, we are bringing back the showcasing of some wonderful Berliner Weisses! Showcasing some great berliner weisse style beers from pFriem, Mikkeller, De Garde, Coldfire, and many more. This is the last year for the Berliner Weisse Oasis as next year it will break out into it’s own annual festival!
Entrance fee to the festival is $20 which includes a commemorative IIPA Festival glass and 5 drink tickets good for a 4oz sample of beer (some beers are more expensive and cost 2 tickets per sample). Advanced ticket purchase is encouraged.
Parking and Public Transportation Options:
#72 & #4 bus lines run right to the Festival/Saraveza and the MAX Yellow line N. Killingsworth stop is just a few blocks away. Attendees are also allowed to park in the PCC parking lot directly across from Saraveza!

Derived from the owner’s name and the Spanish word for beer, Saraveza Bottle Shop & Pasty Tavern is a place to celebrate craft beer, eat well and enjoy friends and strangers alike. We’re a North Portland watering hole and craft beer convenience store w/ 250+ bottles and 9 rotating taps. Saraveza’s Beer Curator, Clark Prather, spends her days talking to brewers, distributors and industry folk to source the freshest, rarest and yummiest beers for Saraveza’s draft and bottle coolers.
