PORTLAND, Ore ... Mark your calendars! Portland Beer Week, presented by Portland Brewing Co., is ready to take over your schedule in mid-June for 11 straight days of all things beer. Beer enthusiast, self-described geek, or a professional? With festivals focused on solo-styles of beer, to beer and food pairings, educational seminars and screenings — there’s something for everyone. That includes a special celebration of Portland’s unique love for collaboration with limited releases of Salt & Straw ice cream, Blue Star Donuts, Hot Lips Pizza and Bunk Sandwiches — yes, ALL made with beer! They’re just a few examples of how Portland Beer Week keeps true to keeping things weird.
