Join Chuckanut Brewery & Kitchen at 601 W. Holly, Bellingham on for an elegant evening of food and beer pairings inside the brewery! This special dining event features five gourmet dishes, each expertly paired with a Chuckanut beer that will be described by brewmaster Will Kemper. Tickets for the beer dinner are $61.95 (includes food, beer, tax and gratuity). The tickets are non-refundable but transferrable and can be purchased by calling 360-752-3377 or stopping by the Kitchen in person before April 27th.
The specialty paired food menu from Chef Jeremy Weizenbaum includes Chuckanut Smoked Shrimp Skewer with dipping sauce (Yellow Card Golden Ale), Sourdough Beer Bread Crostini with Bacon Jam and Arugula (Kolsch German Ale), Cream of Asparagus Soup (Marzen Lager), Charred Lamb with spring squash (Rauch Helles Lager), and ending with a Basil Panna Cotta with Kumquat Compote (Maibock).
The May Day Spring Beer Dinner is a great opportunity to experience Chuckanut’s award winning beers while sitting amongst the gurgling fermentation tanks listening to the brewmaster talk beer. It is also the time to meet our chef, and learn about his tasty creations. Seats are limited, so grab your tickets soon!
