(Walland, T.N. ...) — The Blackberry Farm Brewery has recently expanded to offer beers in 38 states and the District of Columbia with planned expansion to continue in 2016. The brewery’s first beer of 2016 is a Spring Saison that is part of the Saison family that was introduced in 2015, which included releases of Summer, Fall, and Winter Saison as well as the Classic Saison.

The 2016 releases include new beer families with the brewery’s Abbey Series, Native Yeast Series, Barrel Series and special collaboration beers.

“The Blackberry Farm Brewery continues to grow with our recent expansion to more than 38 states, and upcoming release of 20 beers that give our customers unique, new pairing options for each season,” said Chief Fermentation Officer Roy Milner. “Our Spring Saison is delicately spiced with coriander, orange peels, and grains of paradise, and features nuanced and balanced aromas and flavors to compliment the arrival of the spring season.

Available now to consumers, the Spring Saison has large portions of floor-malted wheat that give the beer a refreshing creamy mouth feel and hazy straw color. This light spring offering from the Blackberry Farm Brewery can be enjoyed paired alongside dishes featuring roast chicken or caramelized scallops as well as fresh garden greens and light spring cheeses.

The Blackberry Farm Brewery was also honored in 2015 with a Good Food Award for its Classic Saison as well as a Silver Medal for its Summer Saison at the Great American Beer Festival. For more information on the Blackberry Farm Brewery, please visit http://www.blackberryfarm.com/brewery
